In the fall of 2015, we began with only six jellies at our local weekly and Saturday Farmer’s Markets in Central Louisiana just for fun. We did have lots of fun indeed and the response was overwhelmingly positive.Throughout the year, depending upon the season, we now offer between 35 to 40 jellies and continue to add new flavors.From the beginning we always have been, and remain today, a family owned and operated business with the goal and vision for every jelly to receive the same detail and attention as when there were only six. There is no other selection of jelly with the distinct look and flavor Louisiana Lagniappe Foods offers. The juicy pieces of fruit found in our preserves and jams, the authentic flavor of our wine jellies which taste as if sipped from the glass, the heat of local peppers in our pepper jellies, and the fresh taste of fruit in our fruit jellies will have your taste buds wanting to try and taste them all!
